1.TFM9-16 Door panel automatic production line is made in May ,2012,it can produce more than fifty size of door panel through adjustment , Simple operation ,one worker can finish it ,PLC control all line de-coiler ,leveling and feeding, punching hole, notching, embossing ,cutting and flange ,auto run out sheet , can set several data production orders one time ,automatic produce and remote control.
3. The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check. The structure of the rollers is combined, so the line speed difference and resisting force of roll forming is small. The sheet is easy to feed. All these assure the accuracy and stable of the roll forming.
